our customers who stop by anytime.

BASIC BLACK: 4 layer chocolate cake, chocolate filling & frosting
BASIC WHITE/RASBERRY: 4 layer white cake, raspberry filling & white frosting
CARROT: 4 layer, cream cheese filling
ITALIAN CREAM: 4 layer pecan & coconut cake with cream cheese frosting
FLOURLESS: chocolate: fudge, moist, dense! Fudge frosting
MOCHA: 4 layer chocolate cake, mocha filling and frosting
MOUSSE: 3 layer chocolate cake; rich & wonderful chocolate mousse filling
RASBERRY-FUDGE TRUFFLE: 4 layer chocolate cake, raspberry & Ganache
STRAWBERRY CREAM: 3 layer yellow cake, strawberries & whipped cream
CHEESECAKE: New York & Others
JUMBO CUPCAKES: Several of the above flavors for our customers who only
need a few servings or a "Quick fix."

Give us 48 hours and we can provide a cake to serve 6 to 128!
Most of the following flavors are available in 6", 8", 9" rounds and
1/4, 1/2, and full sheet cakes (Sheet cakes are 3 to 4 layers)

 

ANGEL FOOD: your choice of glaze, whipped cream, or buttercream topping, 10" only.
ALMOND MOCHA: 4 almond cake layers, mocha frosting.
ATOMIC: white & chocolate cake layers, filled with banana, strawberry , whipped cream.
BAILEY'S IRISH MOUSSE: 3 layers white or chocolate cake, mousse filling.
BASIC WHITE: 4 layer white cake. vanilla frosting.
BLACK FOREST: 3 chocolate cake layers, Kirsch & cherry whipped cream
BLACK & WHITE: 4 white chocolate cake layers, Ganache frosting,
BRICKLE: chocolate cake layers, toffee filling, chocolate frosting
CARAMEL-FUDGE: 3 yellow cake layers, fudge & caramel frosting (bananas may be added)
DECADENCE: flourless chocolate, white buttercream frosting, white chocolate curls
GERMAN CHOCOLATE: 4 layer chocolate cake, pecan & coconut filling, chocolate buttercream
LEMON TORTE: 4 layer lemon cake, lemon curd filling
LEMON-RASBERRY: 4 lemon cake layers, raspberry filling
SACHER TORTE: 4 layers chocolate cake, apricot filling, chocolate glaze
ST. PHILLIPPE: chocolate mousse & raspberry filling, chocolate glaze
TIRAMUS: espresso rum soaked cake layers, Kahlua-Mascarpone custard
